Building the foundations
We are developing funded filmmaking courses and building partnerships with organisations that can help people access them. Delegates will gain practical experience across film disciplines, working together on productions produced by Optika Film Studios CIC. Each production will credit their contributions and acknowledge the organisations funding the course.
Creative interest register
We are gathering interest from people who want to learn, contribute, volunteer or collaborate across the filmmaking disciplines.
Programme development
We are exploring workshop ideas, potential partnerships and the resources needed to deliver practical creative learning.
Space and equipment planning
We are considering the needs of an accessible creative environment, from filming and sound to costume, props and post-production.
Activities and dates will be announced when arrangements are confirmed.
